1. What does "No Commitment" mean?
With other Smart Pro versions, once you start with UTP, you're locked in — you must keep renewing the UTP plan and cannot switch to tokens or software. That ongoing UTP renewal is the "commitment."
This No Commitment version is different. You get the Smart Pro device with 6 free months of UTP included, and once those 6 months end, you're completely free to choose how to continue using your device:
- Renew the UTP (monthly or yearly) if you program keys daily
- Switch to Pay-As-You-Go tokens — pay only when you use it
- Buy individual software modules for the vehicle brands you work on most

2. Will the UTP work as unlimited for 6 months?
Yes — 100% unlimited. During the 6-month UTP period, you can program unlimited transponder keys, proximity keys, and remotes across over 5,000 supported vehicles worldwide, without using or buying any tokens. Program as many keys as your business needs, with no daily or monthly cap.
After the 6 months end, your Smart Pro keeps working — you just pick the route that fits your workflow best.
