Yes, the ILCO H92-PT transponder key is compatible with the 2002 Ford Ranger. Although the H92-PT uses an 80-bit 4D63 chip, it is backward-compatible with the 40-bit system originally used in 2001–2009 Ford vehicles, including the 2002 Ranger.
Please note:
- The key blank must be cut to match your ignition.
- The transponder chip must be programmed to the vehicle.
