Yes. Per our Lock Picking & Theft Devices Policy, certain items are restricted and require a verified business account. If your account is not verified, you cannot purchase the following:
• Key cutting machines
• Key programmers and immobilizer tools
• Digital decoders
• Devices designed to pick a lock (including Lishi tools)
• Code-grabbing devices
• Lock picking sets
• Lockout tools
Most products are not restricted and can be purchased without further documentation — examples include blank key fobs, uncut key blades, remote and key shells, key gloves, batteries, and most accessories.
