We offer a free VIN check service for most car makes. To request a VIN check, please provide your VIN number along with your vehicle's make, model, trim, and year.
Brands we can check include: Toyota, Lexus, Kia, Hyundai, Nissan, Infiniti, Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, Jeep, GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, Ford, and Lincoln.
Brands we cannot check include BMW, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Honda, Acura, Volkswagen, Audi, and others. For these vehicles, please contact your local dealership's parts center.
Two ways to request a VIN check:
• Online form (faster online option): submit a request through our Key Part Number Search form at https://www.key4.com/key-part-number-search.
• By SMS (fastest): text us at +1 (213) 788-5394. During business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM PST), we usually respond within minutes.
During business hours, we typically respond to form submissions within a few hours. After-hours requests are answered the next business day.
