The process is fully online and takes just two steps:
• Log in to your account at https://www.key4.com/customer/login and go to Sales Tax Exemption.
• Step 1: Upload a copy of your seller's permit.
• Step 2: Complete the electronic form (includes your seller's permit number, business and contact information) and sign through DocuSign.
Once submitted, our finance department will review the documents to make sure they are valid and match your account information. After approval, the sales tax exemption is applied to your account.
