Promo codes can only be applied at checkout — they cannot be added to your account balance for later use. During the payment step, look for the "Gift Card / Promotional Code" option, enter your code, and click Apply.
If the code is valid and your order meets any required conditions (such as minimum order amount or eligible products), the discount will be applied to your order total before you complete the purchase.
