There are a few common reasons a payment may be declined at checkout:
• Billing address mismatch (AVS): the billing address you entered doesn't exactly match what your card issuer has on file. Double-check the street number, ZIP code, and the name on the card.
• Insufficient funds or credit limit reached on the card.
• Bank fraud protection: your bank may have flagged the purchase as unusual. A quick call to the number on the back of your card usually resolves it.
• Incorrect card details: card number, expiration date, or CVV typed incorrectly.
• Expired card.
