This is normal and the charges will disappear on their own.
When you submit a payment, your bank places a temporary authorization hold on the funds to make sure they're available. If the transaction is declined (for any reason — address mismatch, fraud flag, etc.), that authorization is never converted into an actual charge. We do not receive or capture those funds.
Pending authorizations typically clear within 1 – 5 business days, depending on your bank's policies. If a hold doesn't drop off after that, contact your bank directly — they're the only ones who can release it on their end.
