If you need to cancel an order, please call us as soon as possible at (844) 539-4462 and ask to cancel before the order ships. Once an order is in the shipping queue, we can usually still stop it if you catch us in time.
If the order has already shipped, we'll do our best to stop the shipment with the carrier. If that's not possible, you can return the item once it arrives — note that shipping fees may not be refundable in this case, especially if we've already paid the carrier and need to request a return.
