Once your order is picked up, you'll receive a link to a live tracking map showing the driver's real-time location, similar to a rideshare app. From that page, you can also message or call the driver directly if you need to coordinate the drop-off.
For orders over $500, signature confirmation is still required — the same as our standard shipping. We recommend being available at the delivery address when your driver is on the way.
