Our inventory is generally accurate, but on the rare occasion an item is out of stock when we go to ship your order, here's what happens:
• We mark the item as missing/backordered and send you an automated email letting you know.
• Default action: if we don't hear back from you, we keep the item on record and ship it separately once it's available — at no additional cost to you.
• If you'd rather not wait: reply to the email (or contact us) and ask to cancel the missing item. We'll issue a refund for that item right away.
Either way, the rest of your order ships as scheduled — you don't have to wait for the missing item to receive everything else.
