• Looking around your property — porches, side doors, garages, or behind landscaping.
• Confirming the delivery address on the order matches where you expected it.
If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate. Please note: once a package is marked delivered, our responsibility ends at the carrier's confirmation of delivery. The carrier (and in some cases, local authorities) handles cases of lost or stolen packages after delivery. We recommend keeping an eye on tracking notifications so you can pick up your package promptly when it arrives.
