Once an order has shipped, we can no longer update the shipping address on our end. However, all major carriers offer options to redirect or hold your package — here's how:
• UPS: sign up for free at ups.com/mychoice to redirect packages to a new address, hold for pickup at a UPS Access Point, or reschedule delivery. Some changes may have a small fee.
• FedEx: create a free FedEx Delivery Manager account at fedex.com/delivery to redirect to a nearby FedEx location, hold for pickup, or change the delivery date. Fees may apply for some changes.
• USPS: use USPS Package Intercept at usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm to redirect a package before it's delivered (a fee applies). For free, you can request a hold at the destination Post Office through Informed Delivery.
In most cases, you'll need the tracking number to make these changes. If you need help, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
