Devices that require registration or activation — including key programmers, key cutting machines, diagnostic tools, TPMS tools, and ACDP tools — follow a special return policy:
• Once a device is activated or registered, we must contact the manufacturer first to confirm whether a reset is possible.
• If a return is accepted, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to cover reset or refurbishment costs.
• In some cases, the manufacturer may not allow the device to be reset, in which case the item is non-returnable.
If the device is unopened and unregistered, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
