ILCO (Kaba Ilco Corp.) covers its products under separate limited warranties depending on the product category. The most common categories we carry are:
• Look-Alike Remotes and Key Blanks: 1 year from the date of original purchase against manufacturing defects.
• ILCO-branded automotive key tools, equipment, and remotes: 1 year on hardware only.
• ILCO-branded key duplication machines: 2 years against manufacturing defects.
• Silca-branded machines (distributed by ILCO): 24 months.
• Advanced Diagnostics Smart Pro / Smart Pro Lite (distributed by ILCO): 365 days labor and 1 year parts (U.S. only).
Not covered: Normal wear and tear, improper installation or misuse, products purchased for resale, design defects, damage from unauthorized repairs, batteries and consumables, and items not in their original packaging.
All ILCO returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before shipping. To request one, contact ILCO Customer Service at ilcormarequest@dormakaba.com.
