Yes. Unlike most Chinese brands (which require shipping back to China for warranty repairs), Xhorse has partnered with a U.S.-based repair center operated by Lock Labs Warranty & Repair Center. This means certain Xhorse machines can be serviced domestically — with much faster turnaround and no international shipping costs.
Models currently supported by the U.S. repair center:
• Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 (key cutting machine)
• Xhorse Condor XC-Mini series (key cutting machines)
Other Xhorse machines not listed above may still need to be returned to the manufacturer in China for warranty service. Learn more or submit a repair request at https://www.llwrc.com/xhorse-2/.
