Extend is a third-party protection company we partner with to offer optional coverage at checkout. KEY4 offers two distinct Extend products:
• Extend Product Protection — protects your product against accidental damage from day one (drops, breaks, spills) and failure protection after the manufacturer's warranty expires. It is not just an extended warranty — accidental damage is covered immediately.
• Extend Shipping Protection — protects your package in transit against loss, theft, and damage.
Both have $0 deductibles and 24/7 online claims, but they cover completely different things. You can add either, both, or neither at checkout.
