Whether you have Extend Product Protection or Extend Shipping Protection, claims are filed directly with Extend (not with KEY4). The process is the same for both and takes only a few minutes:
• Step 1: Go to https://customers.extend.com/ (or call Extend by phone — see contact info below).
• Step 2: Enter your contract ID, email address, or order details to look up your plan.
• Step 3: Answer a few questions about the issue (what happened, when, and any troubleshooting steps you've tried).
• Step 4: Once approved, Extend will send you instructions by email for your replacement or resolution.
