To file your claim quickly, please have the following ready:
• Your KEY4 order number
• The email address or phone number used when placing the order
• Your Extend contract ID (sent to you by email after purchase)
• A description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible
If you can't find your Extend contract email, check your spam folder. If it's still missing, you can contact Extend Customer Care to look it up.
