No. The AutoProPAD G3 Core does not include the bench EEPROM hardware module, so it can't read or write immobilizer data directly off the chip. EEPROM key making - used when there's no OBD-II path to the immobilizer, such as older Honda/Acura/Toyota/Lexus or Chrysler Pacifica PIN pulls - requires the AutoProPAD G3 Evolution, which ships with the EEPROM module. If your work regularly involves EEPROM-only vehicles, the Evolution is the model to look at.
