To get an AutoProPAD G3 repaired, contact AutoProPAD customer service before sending anything in - they'll issue a Repair Authorization Form that must be included with your shipment, or service may be delayed. You can start a repair or support request at https://www.llwrc.com/tech-support/ or by calling (888) 816-1046, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm PST. Keep your original packaging, since it's the safest way to ship the unit; shipping damage from improper packaging is the customer's responsibility. Approved repairs are returned within the Continental US, with return shipping contributed at AutoProPAD's discretion.
