The Autel Total Care Program (TCP) renewal cards we carry are for North American version tools, which covers the US, Canada, and Mexico. If your Autel tool was purchased as a North American version, our renewal cards should work for you. However, if your tool was purchased as a global or region-specific version from another market, the card may not be compatible as Autel cards are region-locked and use IP-based access control. If you're unsure which version you have, check the serial number on the back of your device and feel free to contact us before purchasing.
