Yes. The OBDSTAR iScan Mercury (Marine) Intelligent Diagnostic Tool ships as a complete kit that includes all three of those accessories. The standard package contains the iScan Mercury tablet (the main device), the M001B main cable, the M060 Mercury adapter cable, and the 12V2A charger. These are exactly the items shown in the accessories section of the product page, so they are included with the tool and do not need to be purchased separately.
The M060 is the adapter for the standard Mercury diagnostic connector, which is why it comes in the box with this Mercury-specific tool. One thing worth knowing: certain Mercury, Mercruiser, and Mercury Diesel platforms use different diagnostic connectors that require additional adapter cables — for example, the M064 (Mercury 2+4), M072 (Mercruiser), or M078 (Mercury Diesel). Those extra adapters are not part of the standard package and are sold separately. If your engines use a connector other than the standard Mercury plug covered by the M060, you may need to add the matching adapter.
