If your AutoProPAD G3 won't reach the server or shows a restriction, start with the tablet's Date & Time settings. The machines ship set to China Standard Time by default, and the device cannot communicate with the server until the time zone is set to your local region. Also confirm the tool has completed its required internet check-in within the last 24 hours, since a missed check-in restricts functionality until it reconnects.
