Abrites / Software - Token
The Abrites MN039 licence — 7G (VGS4-0 NAG2) TCU Virgin and Personalisation by Diagnostic CAN — lets you personalise VGS4-0-NAG2 7G-Tronic transmission control units of FBS4 / DAS4 generation Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles when FBS4 personalisation data is available. MN039 is the upgraded version of MN035.
No explicit setting to virgin state. It removes the need to open or cut the module and makes it far easier to re-use second-hand TCUs — a faster, easier and safer solution. If previously read FBS4 data is not available, use the MN040 licence.
Functionalities
- Read FBS4 data from VGS4-0 NAG2 modules via OBD or on bench
- Write FBS4 personalisation data to the TCU via OBD and internal CAN-Bus, or on bench
In practice you read the FBS4 data from the original module and write it to the replacement module, all by OBD and internal CAN-Bus connection or on bench.
Supported vehicles: all Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles from the FBS4 / DAS4 immobiliser generation equipped with 7G-Tronic (VGS4-0-NAG2) transmission control units.
What you need alongside it
- MN032 DAS Manager licence — required
- CB012 cable set — for the internal CAN-Bus connection
- CB088 7G-Tronic direct CAN-BUS connection cable — for the bench connection
An AVDI interface with an active annual subscription is required to use this licence. Delivered electronically; your AVDI serial number is needed to process the order.
