The Abrites TA68 DST-AES Transponder Emulator is a reusable emulator built to emulate every DST-AES transponder — ID88, A8 and A9. It carries the full functionality of its predecessor, the TA30, and widens the list of supported vehicles. The unit sits in the signature Abrites shell for a clean, hard-wearing finish.

Main functions

  • Programming of all DST-AES transponders (ID88, A8 and A9)
  • Writing and locking all pages of the EEPROM
  • Writing and locking all keys
  • TIRIS AES verification of an AES1 crypto key

Supported vehicles — anything using DST-AES transponders: Toyota models, Subaru models, and every other brand that uses them.

What you need

  • The ZN103 PROTAG and the TagKeyTool included in the PROTAG package
  • The matching brand special functions — TN023 for Toyota orSB003 / SB004 for Subaru, depending on the vehicle
  • An AVDI with an active annual subscription
