How do I receive my promotional credit?

How do I use my KEY4 Balance?
Once the promotional credit has been added to your account, it will appear in your available KEY4 Balance. You can apply your available balance during checkout toward eligible purchases on Key4.com.

Can I use the promotional credit on the AutoProPAD purchase itself?
No. The promotional credit is issued after the qualifying AutoProPAD order has been delivered and is intended for a future purchase.

Is this a physical gift card?
No. Although the promotion may be advertised as a gift card offer, the promotional value is issued digitally and added directly to your KEY4 Balance.

Does my KEY4 Balance expire?
No. Your KEY4 Balance does not expire.

Can I transfer my KEY4 Balance to another account?
No. Once the credit has been added to your KEY4 account, it cannot be transferred to another account, except where required by law.

Can the promotional credit be redeemed for cash?
No. Promotional KEY4 Balance cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

What happens if my qualifying order is canceled?
Canceled orders do not qualify for promotional credit.

What happens if my qualifying AutoProPAD purchase is refunded or returned?
If a qualifying order is refunded or returned and promotional credit has not yet been issued, the order will no longer qualify for the promotion.

If promotional credit has already been added to the customer's KEY4 Balance, KEY4 may remove the promotional amount from the account or deduct the promotional value from any applicable refund.

What happens if I already used the promotional credit before a refund or return?
If promotional credit has already been used and a refund or return is later approved for the qualifying AutoProPAD purchase, the value of the promotional credit may be deducted from the applicable refund.

Do I need to enter a gift card code?
No. For this promotion, the qualifying promotional amount will be added digitally to your KEY4 account. You do not need to enter a gift card code to receive the promotional credit.

What if I do not see the promotional credit after 10 days?
If more than 10 days have passed since your qualifying order was delivered and the promotional credit does not appear in your KEY4 Balance, please contact KEY4 Customer Service and provide your order number so we can review the promotion.

Promotion Terms

  • Offer valid only on qualifying AutoProPAD products purchased from Key4.com during the applicable promotional period.
  • Promotional value is issued digitally as KEY4 Balance and is not provided as a physical gift card.
  • Promotional credit is normally issued within 10 days after confirmed delivery of the qualifying product.
  • Promotional credit cannot be applied retroactively to the purchase that generated the promotion.
  • Canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, disputed, chargeback, or otherwise ineligible transactions may result in the promotional credit being canceled, removed, or deducted from any applicable refund.
