This FOBIKO aftermarket emergency key blade assembly is designed for select Kia smart remote keys and is the same as OEM part number 81996-DO000.
Unlike a standard insert blade that slides inside the smart key, this style is a separate emergency key blade assembly. It includes a black protective sleeve that holds the blade when not in use, along with a key strap that can be attached to the smart remote, key ring, or keychain for easy carrying.
The emergency key blade is used as a mechanical backup key for manual door access when needed, such as when the smart key battery is weak or dead.
This item comes uncut and must be cut to match the customer’s original key by a professional locksmith or dealer.
