The ILCO ECO H92-PT is the value-tier version of ILCO's 8-cut Ford transponder key, and it carries the chip that does the most work in a Ford van.
THE UPGRADEABLE CHIP
This is the detail worth knowing: the Texas 4D-63 transponder in the H92 reads as 40-bit out of the packet, then upgrades itself to 80-bit once it is programmed to a vehicle that requires 80-bit. One blank covers both the older 40-bit and the newer 80-bit Ford platforms, so you carry one part instead of two.
