Tracers & Probes

Tracers and probes read the shape, depth or position of the original key while a key cutting machine decodes or duplicates it. A worn, damaged or incorrectly sized tracer can produce inaccurate cuts even when the cutter and machine calibration are correct.

KEY4 carries original and compatible tracer points and probes for Xhorse Condor and Dolphin, Triton, Black Widow, ILCO/Silca, JMA, Keyline and other manual and automatic machines. Options include carbide tracer points in multiple diameters and angles, standard machine probes, manual duplicator tracers and model-specific replacements for high-security and edge-cut machines. Match the tracer to the machine, cutter and key type, and replace worn cutting and tracing components together when required.
