The KEYDIY ZB28-3 is a universal smart proximity remote from KEYDIY's ZB Series, featuring a 3-button layout in a Hyundai-style smart key housing. Designed for push-to-start / keyless-go vehicles, it provides hands-free passive entry and proximity ignition functionality. The shape and look are inspired by Hyundai OEM smart keys — but functionally, this remote is universal and not tied to any specific make.

ZB Series smart keys feature a built-in transponder chip integrated onto the circuit board and are designed specifically for vehicles equipped with push-to-start ignition systems. A single ZB remote can simulate multiple OEM smart keys across many makes and models, dramatically reducing the inventory locksmiths and dealers need to keep on hand. Button functions and layout can also be reprogrammed and modified through KEYDIY tools to match the target vehicle's configuration.

Programming requires the KEYDIY KD-MAX or KD-X2. The ZB Series is multi-frequency and is configured to match the target smart key during programming. KEYDIY's vehicle database is updated weekly to expand compatibility as new push-to-start models are released.

As a smart proximity key, the ZB28-3 includes the emergency insert blade — no separate blade purchase required.
