Here’s the general process to replace the tip on a residential Lishi tool like a KW1 or SC1:
1- Locate the small retaining pin on the back of the Lishi tool near the top part.
2- Use a precision screwdriver, pin tool, or pick to turn and remove the retaining pin carefully.
3- Slide out the old tip/blade from the tool.
4- Insert the new replacement tip and align it correctly with the pin hole.
5- Reinstall and tighten the retaining pin gently.
6- Test the tool to make sure the new tip fits and moves properly.
