The TDB006 Transponder Antenna Tester is a comprehensive tool designed to test antennas used in transponder key systems. It features a built-in high-gain receiver to detect antenna signals, as well as a port for an external wand antenna—ideal for testing push-start systems, card slots, and smart key types.
The slim external wand can be inserted into key or card slots, allowing it to easily detect signals transmitted by the vehicle.
When a key or card is inserted, the vehicle sends a signal to the transponder inside. The TDB006 captures this signal, confirming that the slot, key, or card reader is operating correctly.
