The Yanhua BMW ID8 Special CAN Filter is the dedicated plug-and-play solution for locking in mileage corrections on BMW G-chassis ID8 full LCD instrument clusters. After you correct the mileage with a YH35XX programmer and 35128WT/35160WT simulator, the IMMO module would normally sync the original value back to the cluster – this filter blocks that sync so your work sticks.

Important notes
- Supports the ID8 cluster ONLY – it does NOT support the newer ID8.5 cluster
- For the actual odometer change, use the Yanhua YH35XX Programmer + 35128WT / 35160WT Simulator
Typical workflow
- Remove the instrument cluster module
- Remove the 35128WT / 35160WT chip from the module
- Use the YH35XX programmer to read the original chip, write it to the emulator and set the target mileage
- Solder the emulator chip back onto the instrument module
- Plug the ID8 filter into the cluster connector – done
