The Abrites CB023 MD/MG ECU Connection Cable is for direct bench connection to Bosch MD1 and MG1 engine control units in BMW vehicles.
Use it for diagnostics on the bench and for FLASH and DFLASH programming of the ECU.
Where it fits in. The BN018 licence adapts Bosch MG and MD ECUs in BMW G-series vehicles by DFlash dump — the CB023 is the bench lead for that job, and Abrites includes it in its Full Software and Hardware Bundle for BMW.
Supported ECUs: Bosch MD1 and MG1 engine control units in BMW vehicles.
An AVDI with an active annual subscription is required to use this product.
