Abrites CB026 FBS4 / FBS3 ELV Connection Cable

The Abrites CB026 FBS4 / FBS3 ELV Connection Cable is built to establish a connection between the AVDI and Mercedes-Benz FBS3 and FBS4 vehicles fitted with an ELV (electronic steering lock). It is an upgrade on the CB005 and offers more functionality than the cable it replaces.

The CB026 can be used on the bench or in the vehicle, and it is an essential part of the ESL/ELV repair procedure carried out with the MN033 licence. It is also used for procedures run under the MN032 licence.

Compatibility: FBS3 and FBS4 Mercedes-Benz vehicles equipped with an ELV.

What you need: an AVDI with an active annual subscription, plus the MN033 or MN032 licence for the procedure in hand. Refer to the Mercedes FBS4 Manager user manual when working.

Where the steering lock is beyond repair rather than recoverable, the EM001 ESL/ELV emulator is the replacement route on FBS3 vehicles.

Hardware warranty is six months from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
