Abrites ZN076 USB Infrared Adapter

The Abrites ZN076 USB IR Adapter is an infrared adapter set for reading information from the EZS / EIS of Mercedes-Benz vehicles with IR locks — the data you need before key programming and module replacement on these cars.

Functionality

• Reading the EZS / EIS of Mercedes-Benz vehicles with infrared locks
• IR key emulation

The set establishes a direct connection between the EZS / EIS module and your laptop — an IR key at one end, a USB plug at the other. It is the tool behind EZS password extraction on cars like the W207 E-Class Coupé and the W906 Sprinter.

The ZN076 offers the full functionality of the ZN036 but is much simpler hardware and far easier to connect and use. Note that, unlike the ZN036, it is not bundled with ABPROG or the ZN033 NEC adapter.

Compatibility: Mercedes-Benz vehicles with infrared locks.

What you need: the MN032 DAS Manager licence to complete the procedure, plus an AVDI interface with an active annual subscription. It is also required for personalising the EM012 ESL emulator. Refer to the Abrites Diagnostics for Mercedes, Maybach and Smart user manual when working.

Hardware warranty is one year from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
