Rekeying Kits

Rekeying kits provide the pins, springs and supporting components required to rekey or master key lock cylinders. KEY4 carries universal kits, manufacturer-specific kits, interchangeable-core kits, starter kits and compact Mini DUR-X options for locksmith shops, service vehicles and technicians building their first pinning setup.

The current LAB selection includes Classic Pro, Wedge Pro, Smart Wedge, Super Wedge Pro and DUR-X kits, along with kits for Schlage, Kwikset, Weiser, Arrow, Baldwin and A2, A3 and A4 interchangeable-core systems. Many LAB metal kits use heavy-duty steel cases, Seal-Tight lids that help prevent pins from mixing, and color-coded charts or trays for faster pin identification. Select the kit by the lock brands and cylinder systems you service, the required pin increment, kit size and whether original manufacturer or universal pins are preferred. Replacement components are available under Springs, Shims & Caps, with service tools under Pinning Tools.
