scorpio-lk / Immobilizer Emulators

The Scorpio-LK SLK-02 is a DST80 smart key emulator for the Tango programmer. It supports Toyota/Lexus smart keys with Page1 98 and Subaru smart keys with Page1 F1.

Through the Tango+ OBD frameworks, the programmed SLK-02 acts as a “dummy key” that authorizes the vehicle to learn new smart keys — avoiding replacement of the vehicle’s immobilizer ECUs in an All Keys Lost situation.

Requirements

Tango programmer with an active Tango annual subscription (sold separately)
For OBD procedures: Tango + Toyota v9.7 (legacy) or Tango+ Subaru, a J2534 PassThru adapter and a Windows PC
Battery: CR1616, CR1620 or CR1632 - not included, obtain locally

Battery Information

Removing the battery erases all key data from the emulator and returns it to its default state. The battery should not drop much below 3V or the emulator will not keep data.

Scorpio-LK notes a CR1620 can supply about 9 months (depending on how often the engine is started), so the programmed emulator can also be used as an ordinary key for starting the engine.
