Abrites Full Software and Hardware Bundle for Mercedes-Benz

The Abrites Full Software and Hardware Bundle for Mercedes-Benz is the complete all-in-one kit for Mercedes-Benz passenger car work. It combines the AVDI Plus, PROTAG and ZN085 RH850/V850 programmer with nine Abrites Mercedes-Benz licences and the bench hardware Abrites includes for them — 19 items in one order, priced well below the cost of buying them separately.

What you can do with it

• FBS4 module replacement — read FBS4 data, set used ECUs, TCUs and DSM modules to virgin and personalise them to the car, with or without saved FBS4 data
• 7G-Tronic TCU work — virgin and personalisation of VGS4-0-NAG2 units by diagnostic CAN, plus 9G-Tronic and DCT TCU personalisation without FBS4 data
• Instrument cluster calibration — IC213 and IC222 by OBDII (with AMG menu activation), and IC177 (2018–2023) and IC223 / IC177 M (2020+ / 2023+) on the bench with the ZN085
• Electronic steering lock repair — clear the ‘ELV Component Fault’ on FBS4 vehicles, in the car or on the bench
• High-voltage battery unlock and reset after a crash or undervoltage on mild hybrid, plug-in hybrid and electric models
• EZS / EIS reading on infrared-key cars and IR key emulation with the USB IR adapter

Good to know

• Some procedures need extra leads that are not included: the EM019 emulator is required for IC223 / IC177 M calibration with MN038; the CB034 DSM/ISM cable, CB088 7G-Tronic cable and CB030 MD1/MG1 cable are used for some MN032 / MN034 / MN039 bench jobs. Ask us and we will supply them.
• MN030 on IC222 clusters (W205, W222 pre-facelift) also needs an EM008, EM018 or EM014 odometer emulator.
• Mercedes-Benz trucks and buses (MN031) are not part of this bundle.
• The software licences need an active AVDI annual subscription to run. Licences are delivered electronically.
